I visited Enhance Fitness whilst on holiday. I tried all but one of the classes and all offered something new which I hadnt tried before. The classes were small in numbers but this meant I got Debbies full attention (so no room for cheating!) Meta Fit was a particular challenge, although I do Meta fit in England, with Debbies full attention this was on a different level!! Debbie was totally focused on ensuring I used and maintained the correct techniques throughout all of the classes for maximum results. Whilst ensuring the fun element of exercise was not forgotten with a great range of music from across the decades. Everyone being her favourite, lol!...I really enjoyed my daily workouts with Debbie and will definitely be returning on my next holiday to Tenerife. Thanks Debbie ;0)
