  we are buying an apartment in golf del sur, from andy. he has such a professional approach,and theres nothing that he doesnt know about, the whole buying process.he took us to a bank,where we opened up an account,then on to the notary. he has really helped us and at the moment its all going great,if you want a professional,who will give you honest advice,about the process of buying,the solicitor,notary,etc and want to buy out there,go to andy,at tenerife estate agent,he is the best person for the job

  When choosing a real estate broker it is perhaps not obvious to give your trust to someone of another nationality or to work with someone who speaks another language but that's exactly what we did.   Although I have not yet bought a property on Tenerife and to be honest I am not ready to do so just yet I have been looking at a few sites from various agents for a little while and I must say your website has some really enticing properties at much better prices than I have seen elsewhere. Your email property alerts have shown me some very tempting offers too. When I am ready to buy I will most certainly be talking to your agency as a first choice.

  We were looking to buy something special as a holiday home and calling into Tenerife Estate Agents office one day while we were passing was one of the best things we ever did. Originally we were looking at buying a one bedroomed home and we were having trouble finding something quite right for us and our requirements (and our budget!) shifted somewhat over the time we dealt with Andy. He was very patient with us and showed us a lot of properties, each time picking us up from a convenient place (we had no car). Some agents would have thought we were time-wasters as we kept changing our minds on what we were looking for. He then showed us a "project" which had the makings of being a fantastic home, and we made an offer which was finally accepted by the seller. It must have been one of the most difficult and drawn-out transactions he has had to deal with, and he was extremely patient with us, explaining everything every step of the way (and sometimes having to repeat himself because we forgot - the buying process in Spain is quite different to the UK) He was so easy to deal with and could not do enough for us - he offered us invaluable advice about opening a Spanish bank account (that does not charge the buyer the earth in fees!), choosing a solicitor and helped us get our NIE numbers. He even kept in contact with us when he was abroad on holiday. Even now after we have bought our property he still keeps in touch and shows an interest in how things are progressing - certainly something which no estate agent in the UK has ever done for us! We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Andy is one of the best agents we have ever dealt with and we would recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a property in Tenerife.
